Coaching with Donna
One to one online coaching sessions are for 60 minutes, with between 2-10 sessions recommended depending on the issue or coaching goal.
Usually one session will take place every 3-4 weeks, this can be increased or reduced depending on the clients requirements and desired outcomes.
The initial amount of sessions required are usually discussed at the 30 minute discovery call along with the key coaching goal or issue.
A coaching contract is agreed at the beginning of the first session.
The first session will last 70 minutes to allow for validation of coaching requirements and goals and to agree the coaching contract.
Face to face sessions are available location dependant.
Platforms for the online coaching sessions are Zoom, Teams and Botim.
Your Journey

Go at your own pace, start with one coaching session online or face to face and then schedule sessions as you feel you need them.

Three 60 min online/face to face coaching sessions, with email, text, and/or voice messaging access in between sessions to be in regular communication for support and guidance.

My Approach to Coaching
Forming a good connection with the coachee is important to me to ensure that both parties feel comfortable during the coaching sessions, I reinforce the importance of confidentiality with a coaching contract between myself and the coachee.
My approach is very much tailored to the coachee’s situation, needs and desired outcomes from the coaching journey, which is discussed in the discovery call and at the first session. I use tools and techniques from several styles of coaching that I have studied over the years.

However primarily I have developed my own style, creating trust and connection with open and honest dialogue is very important. Ensuring each coachee leaves the session feeling they have moved forward in some way, and then assigning actions or tasks to complete before the next session to help get them nearer to their goals.
I have been coaching for over 15 years in an organisational capacity and on a personal level I have experience of coaching a multitude of different nationalities, cultures and ages.
